The company was founded in 2010 by Topp Holdings and strategically developed. Since then, Promedis24 has been offering personnel services in the medical and social sectors throughout the country. The company is known for good ideas, cooperative partnerships and a solution-oriented, assertive and empathetic approach to work – close to people and the demands of the market.
After ‘start-up support’ from Topp Holdings and the joint alignment of strategic ideas, the tasks are clearly distributed according to the proven Topp model: Promedis24 is responsible for the operational management of the company, while Topp Holdings is responsible for the administrative part and accompanies the strategic development.
The foundation and further development was accompanied by a comprehensive package of measures. These included
